Hamilton LaForge, better known as Ham, took carpentry and metal shop classes throughout school and college.
In 1983, Ham started working for United States Gypsum where he worked in the Engineering Maintenance Department. He became a custom machine welder and fabricator making the custom machine parts for USG's specialized machinery,
In 1994 Ham and Laura moved to North Carolina and opened "The Honey Do-er's". In 1999 Laura quit the banking business after 18 years. She joined Ham in working their business. In 2020, after almost 26 years in business, the business was closed, due to measures beyond their control.
2021, Ham and Laura decided to open Hamilton's Home Service, LLC. A small job handyman business to do the odd jobs that you can't find the time to do or can't do.
From sheetrock repairs, painting, grab bar installation, adjusting doors, modernizing your home, etc. just to name a few of the many things that they can do for your home and you.
